him to slave-trading, guns and drugs-running, espionage,
mind-control, and the destructive powers of bad opera-singing.
After reading John Byrne's epic run on Fantastic Four, he graduated
to Kurt Vonnegut, Philip K. Dick, and Robert Anton Wilson.
